Privacy policy
This policy explains what information TradeBoost Solutions ("TradeBoost", "I", "me") collects through tradeboost.solutions, how it's used, and the choices you have. TradeBoost is run by Zach Simon. Questions: zach@tradeboost.solutions.
What I collect
- What you send me. When you request a Town Check, I collect your name, business name, trade, town, phone number, email, website and any message you add.
- Where you came from. The form also passes the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source), so I know which ads and posts work.
- How the site is used, only with your consent. If you click Accept on the cookie notice, the site loads Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Microsoft Clarity. These record pages viewed, clicks, device type and approximate location, and Clarity records anonymised sessions to show where the page is confusing. If you click No thanks, none of these load.
- WhatsApp. If you tap a WhatsApp button, you leave this site and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
How I use it
- To prepare and send your Town Check and reply to you by the method you chose.
- To follow up about my services. You can tell me to stop at any time, and I will.
- To measure which pages, ads and posts bring in enquiries, and to show TradeBoost ads to people who visited the site (only with cookie consent).
I don't sell your information, and I don't share it except with the service providers below, who process it for me.

Cookies
The site sets no tracking cookies until you click Accept. Your choice is stored in your browser so you aren't asked on every page. You can change it any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer, or by clearing your browser's site data. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook settings.
Texts and calls
If you ask for a Town Check, you agree that I may contact you about it by phone, text or email. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. I don't use your number for automated marketing texts without your separate consent.
How long I keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted, unless you become a client, in which case they're kept for the length of our agreement and as required for tax records.
Your choices and rights
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or ask me to stop contacting you. Email zach@tradeboost.solutions and I'll act on it within 30 days. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights under local privacy law; I'll honour them.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Form data is stored with the providers listed above, each of which uses industry-standard security. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please don't send payment details through the form.
Children
This site is for business owners. It isn't aimed at anyone under 18, and I don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
